Becky Cassidy is a strategist, connector, and business growth expert who has spent the last two decades helping organizations scale, thrive, and create lasting impact.

With experience spanning corporate external relations, sports management, nonprofit leadership, indigenous engagement, public relations and fund development, she is known for building high-performance cultures, securing major funding, and guiding organizations through growth and transformation. Becky has helped organizations strengthen community and industry partnerships, and advised businesses on creating inclusive, sustainable workplaces.

As co-founder of The Monarch Group, Becky brings together expert consultants and strategic insights to help businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs navigate challenges, unlock opportunities, and achieve meaningful results.

A Strategic Visionary in Business, Leadership & Entrepreneurship

Jaclyn completed her BCOMM in Risk Management & Insurance at the University of Calgary. She went on to build a career that started at Fidelity Investments in Boston before returning to Canada to join Marsh Ltd.

In 2010, Jaclyn’s life took an unexpected turn when she found herself in Germany supporting her husband's career. No stranger to adaptation and change, she launched an event management business to continue to feed her entrepreneurial drive. A creator of her own schedule, in 2016 she jumped at the opportunity to help launch a direct sales company new to Canada where she quickly rose to the top 1% of the company.

Treating the business with the same dedication as any other, Jaclyn focused on mentoring and empowering others to achieve success. Her expertise in team development, leadership, mindset coaching, and business strategy has enabled her to run a thriving business & teach countless others to do the same.
